Pilot Mound Minor Baseball Club

The Boys Minor Ball (co-ed) has programs starting from BLASTBALL for 6 and under all the way to Midget (17 +under).

The registration fees range from $15 to $35 depending on age.

Our teams play in the Pembina Hills League, begining in mid May and usually are over by the end of June. Those teams who are successful in league playoffs then go onto Regionals and from there may go on to Provincials.

In recent years we have had teams win Regionals and were finalists at the Provincial level. We have also had girls playing on provincial teams at the National level.

We host an annual tourney for all ages in mid June. Our teams play on either of three grass diamonds at the highschool or on one of two red sand diamonds or grass diamonds at Winram Field.

Senior Pilots Baseball Team,

Pilot Mound has a long history of fielding competitive teams in the "Senior AA" level.

Over the years, the home facility "Winram Field" has been improved and upgraded to the all clay infield of the current ball park.

As with many sports or interests in small communities, trends come and go. This was the case with Senior ball in Pilot Mound and the team folded for a few years. However, die hard ball lovers and some new home-grown talent allowed the "Pilots" to come back for the 2006 season. They were competitive in the Pembina Valley Border West league and have been able to continue to play for the enjoyment of players and fans.
